Unfortunately, printing services are not offered at the moment. We provide design and print files only.

Text-Based Logos have word text only. Image-Based Logos include both word text and stock images. For a Brand Identity Suite, both Text-Based, Image-Based, and Submark Logo are provided.

No, we use stock images only for logo designs.

Clients are sent JPG, PDF, PNG (TRANSPARENT), and any other file upon request. Once proofs are approved and finalized, all final files will be sent through the Client Portal for easy access.

All payments are nonrefundable due to the nature of services. There is no refund for a project once design has started or is completed.

Design Approval will be sent through the client portal and client will select their favorite option and/or communicate if any revisions are necessary. There are 3 free revisions per project, additional revisions are $15 each and can be paid on the site.

Turnaround time varies per service. The exact turnaround time can be found in each service description. Keep in mind the revision process can potentially add 1-2 business days to the duration. Turnaround time can be rushed for an additional fee.

Purchase: Purchase service(s) via website. You have the option of paying in full or partial payment via Affirm or PayPal

Submit: Submit Design Forms on the Client Portal. Include all details from images, sketches, word copy, examples, etc. Once form is submitted the design process will begin

Design: We will begin to create your design options and present them to you through your Client Portal within the turnaround time

Revise: Clients are sent Design Approvals and the revision process begins with 3 free revisions per design. Once design is finalized the final files will be sent via Client Portal
